Are you the bottleneck in your own business?
Transcript
Speaker 1: No one can do it as good as us. The biggest step of being able to let go and allow someone else to do that job for you is realizing that actually you're maybe not the best person to do everything. And you may be the best person to do some things. And it's finding out what those some things are so that you can be in your zone of genius all the time and then have other people doing other things in their zone of genius to have the best output. And so as a founder, we're holding on to everything. So we're carrying all the weight. We're carrying every single task. So everything's coming through our eyes. We're carrying all the responsibility. So we're not delegating fully. If we even have teams, it means that they start to feel their business is owning their life. And they start to realize I'm the bottleneck in my own business. Everything's getting stopped or getting stuck because I have to review everything. It was just that they weren't delegated ownership to be able to take that forward.
