Speaker 1: I'm Melanie [music] Bar. Welcome back to the Sheila Tip podcast, your go-to place to empower you to live the life and business that you crave. [music] I'm here to talk about everything from having the courage to make life and career leaps to the details of how to lead effectively, [music] create successful teams, implement strategies for growth, and infuse tech innovation. [music] I'm here to celebrate your wins and navigate through your challenges. I live in the city now, but I grew up in a town of a thousand people. I've navigated major life leaps, a senior level corporate career, worked in professional sports, and now as a successful entrepreneur who loves business, technology, family, and making meaningful [music] connections with you and the She Built It Community. I also love a good workout and dose of [music] self-care. Magic happens when we focus on the part of ourselves and our business that brings us [music] joy. So, turn up the audio, open your favorite notes app, grab your favorite drink, and [music] here we go. Welcome back to She Built It. Today's episode is my favorite kind to record. It's a sincere thank you. If you're listening right now, you've become part of this community in a way that has shaped it, expanded it, and given it life. You invited the show into your actual life, your commute, your morning routine, while you walk your dog, while you cook dinner, while you're traveling, or during those quiet pockets of time that you protect. You've let these conversations sit beside you in the moments that matter. That means more than I can say. I am grateful for you every time you share episodes of She Built It, send notes from episodes, forward links to friends, post quotes that hit your heart, or you quietly tell someone you should listen to this. Those small acts have built something real. I'm grateful for you and every guest leaders who have come on this show and shared not just their wins but the parts of the stories that were messy, confusing, brave, and deeply human. They have helped us all feel less alone in the journey of building. I'm grateful for my friends, the ones who ground me, the ones who challenge me, the ones who make me laugh when I'm too serious, the ones who tell me to rest when I pretend I don't need to. They are all part of this show whether you hear their voices or not. I'm extremely grateful for our clients and partners. At Shebuilt Media, we get to work with leaders who are building powerful businesses and they want their voices and videos to reach the world. Supporting you with privilege. You trust us with your stories, your teams, and your brand. And we do not take that lightly. And I'm grateful for you wherever you're listening from. I also want to acknowledge something honestly. The holidays aren't just one thing for everyone. For some, the season brings joy, family, rest, and traditions. For others, it can bring pressure and financial stress and loneliness. If this year is tender for you, I'm holding space for that. You don't have to hide it or push through with a smile. You're allowed to feel exactly how you feel. Before we close, here are a few simple things to reflect on as the year ends. Think about, what am I the most proud of this year? It might be a milestone or the quiet courage to keep going when things get heavy. What did you learn about yourself? How do you lead? How do you love? How do you grow? What surprised you? What strengthens you? Who helped me? And how can I thank them? It doesn't have to be grand. A message, a voice note, a card. Gratitude lands even when it's simple. From my heart, thank you for building with us. Thank you for listening, for sharing, for showing up for your dreams and your life in a way that inspires everyone around you. I'm wishing you a peaceful, meaningful holiday season wherever you are, whatever this year held for you. We have so much to look forward to in 2026, and I'm grateful we get to step into it together. Thank you for joining [music] us today. I'd love to hear from you. Reach out to me at hello@ shebuiltit.com [music] on our shebuiltit website or at shebuiltit on social. Thank you to my editor, Rich Duffelino, who always makes us sound good. Until next time, [music] let nothing stop you from experiencing the life and business that you crave.
