End-of-Year Gratitude

You've let these conversations sit beside you in the moments that matter. That means more than I can say. I am grateful for you every time you share episodes of She Built It, send notes from episodes, forward links to friends, post quotes that hit your heart, or you quietly tell someone you should listen to this. Those small acts have built something real. I'm grateful for you and every guest leaders who have come on this show and shared not just their wins but the parts of the stories that were messy, confusing, brave, and deeply human. I'm grateful for my friends, the ones who ground me, the ones who challenge me, the ones who make me laugh when I'm too serious, the ones who tell me to rest when I pretend I don't need to. What strengthens you? Who helped me? And how can I thank them? It doesn't have to be grand. A message, a voice note, a card. Gratitude lands even when it's simple.
